At this transitional moment in history, women are being asked to stand in their power. Not to stand against something, not even to stand for something, but to stand in the energy of the Divine Feminine, an alignment where the polarity of for and against comes to rest.

Women Standing in Their Power is a seven-hour, hands on workshop for women only.

During the morning session, Lucia will talk about female power and the importance of balancing the masculine and feminine energies within. She will enumerate the twelve female archetypes handed down from the Matrilineal Era that were fractured and polarized during the Patriarchy and the group will do exercises to reclaim and embody those archetypal energies. The morning focuses on feeling our way into who we really area as women: beings whose spiritual essence is and always has been power - the ability to access power from the depths of silence, to hold power within our bodies, to wield power through the heart.

In the afternoon session, we will examine what is blocking us as women from standing fully in our power. Lucia will share her expertise on how to unplug from the patriarchal energies in order to take up residence in the New World - a world based in the energy of the heart, masculine/feminine balance and unconditional love. We will discuss the mechanics of perception - how we project our own minds onto the world, how the Universal Self pulls experiences into our lives so we can look into the mirror of our own egoic structure- and how we can utilize the intensity of the times to dismantle the personal ego and reside as the Universal Self more and more. She will share her spiritual warrior processing techniques, and invite participants to do one-on-one processing.

All participants are required to read 'Unplugging the Patriarchy', or listen to Lucia's interview on Women on the Edge of Evolution.

Each woman is encouraged to bring a small decorative item (a rock, a small statue, a scarf...) that she will then gift to another woman at the end of the workshop. These items will be used to construct a mandala in the center of the circle that represents the energy of the workshop.
